Shipping Policy

All products can be shipped worldwide. Orders ship via USPS or UPS with a tracking number and insurance included. Every order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Orders are prepared as quickly as possible, but may take 1-2 business days to package and ship.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and charges.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product(s) for a full refund. A partial refund will be issued if any product is opened (if received factory sealed) or damaged.

  • If the return is a result of our error (for example, we accidentally sent you the wrong merchandise or a product is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs and provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • If the return is not a result of our error (for example, you ordered a product and then decided that you don’t want it), the buyer accepts responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Please notify us of your return request within 14 days of your receipt of your order for approval.
